Our Research Focus

We are a team of inorganic/organic material chemists focused on synthesizing novel compounds and developing innovative synthetic methodologies.

Our core research revolves around the design and synthesis of π-conjugated macrocyclic molecules with unique optoelectronic properties.

These molecules are tailored for:

Near-infrared (NIR) photothermal conversion therapy

Exploration of novel (anti)aromatic systems for diverse optoelectronic applications

We carry out multistep chemical synthesis and employ modern analytical techniques for thorough characterization.

Optical and electronic behavior is studied using advanced spectroscopic methods.

To complement our experimental findings, we perform Density Functional Theory (DFT) and Time-Dependent DFT (TD-DFT) calculations.
